Our powder flavourings, also in the natural and bio-suitable versions, are made with an innovative technology developed exclusively in our laboratories, which allows the aromatic component to be included in helical or crown macromolecular complexes, made up of mixtures of specific starches and /or cyclodextrins.


This helicodial marcomolecular complex preserves the aromatic component from oxidative-type degradation by expressing high stability to pasteurization or cooking processes and allows to obtain prolonged aromatic releases.


The macromolecular inclusions made are perfectly water-dispersible, some of which are 100% natural and certifiably organic.


All our microencapsulation technological processes are highly eco-sustainable cold processes, with extremely fresh and natural-like aromatic notes
